1. Your Data

When you register with Image Direkt, the data entered in the form is stored in our database. Image Direkt uses the data provided by you to fill and process your order. Image Direkt assures you that this data is stored only for internal purposes and is not disclosed or sold to third parties for any reason. Please note it is in your interest that our passwords are assigned on a strictly personal basis and that you should treat your password as confidential and under no circumstances should you give it to unauthorized persons.

Under the Federal Data Protection Act, you have the right to free information about your stored data and the right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted, if necessary.

2. Newsletter

When registering with Image Direkt, you can sign up for our newsletter. By default, there is also the option to “Not Receive”. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address will be used for informational and promotional purposes by Image Direkt until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Repetition of consent forms

You have expressly granted us the following consent(s) where required and we have recorded your consent. Under the Telemedia Act, we are obliged to keep the contents of the consents on file for you to access at any time. You can withdraw your consent(s) at any time with future effect.

Your email address will not be shared with other companies. Consent to use your email address for promotional purposes may be withdrawn at any time. If you would not like to receive the newsletter, you can disable it under "My Data".

4. Creating pseudonymous user profiles for web analysis

Image Direkt uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of the provider Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics collects and stores user profiles using pseudonyms. These user profiles are used to analyze visitor behavior and are evaluated for improving and customizing our services. Cookies are used for this purpose. These are small text files that are stored locally on the visitor’s computer and allow us to recognize you when you return to our website. The pseudonymous user profiles are not combined with the personal data on the bearer of the pseudonym without receiving the special express consent of the person concerned. You can cancel the collection and storage of data for the purpose of web analysis at any time with future effect by installing the following tool.


5. Cookies
